Returns & Exchanges
✶ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
✶ To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we’re unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or handling.

Return Shipping
✶ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✶ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
✶ If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Refunds
✶ Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
✶ Please allow a few business days for processing.

Final Sale
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll figure out a solution!

Each piece is made with natural materials and by hand. Subtle variations in shape, tone, and form are part of the design and are not considered defects.
